Community & Co-Creation

Community & Co-Creation is the part of A Place to Pause where reflective spaces, creative gatherings, circles, and shared experiences take shape through conversation, creativity, and connection.

Some communities are already gathering. Others are taking shape.

Many offerings at A Place to Pause begin with conversation.

Some offerings are currently gathering. Others are in development and being shaped through conversation, partnerships, and community interest.

If something resonates with you, I welcome you to reach out, even if an offering is not yet formally scheduled.

Pause Together

A series of community gatherings that invite people to slow down, connect, reflect, and create meaning together.

Each gathering offers an opportunity to slow down, connect, and make meaning alongside others. Topics and experiences may vary and can include seasonal reflections, creative activities, movement, mindfulness practices, storytelling, music, wellness collaborations, and community conversations.

Family Pause

A reflective experience designed to help families slow down, connect, and create meaningful moments together. Through conversation, creative activities, mindfulness, and shared experiences, families are invited to explore connection, communication, and well-being.

Kids Pause

An experiential offering that helps children develop self-awareness, emotional understanding, creativity, and mindful attention through age-appropriate activities, reflection, play, and creative expression.

make + meaning

A creative reflection space exploring art, writing, process, and personal meaning. Through prompts, conversation, and creative exploration, participants are invited to slow down, notice, and make meaning of their experiences.

behind the work

A reflective gathering for artists, writers, makers, and creatives to share finished or unfinished work and explore the stories, experiences, questions, and meaning behind what they create.

This is not a critique group. It is a space for reflection, witnessing, curiosity, and connection through the creative process.

Bring your idea into conversation.

If you are interested in exploring an idea for a reflective gathering, creative event, wellness experience, workshop, community circle, or collaborative project, I would love to connect.

Some of the most meaningful spaces emerge when people bring their questions, creativity, experiences, and hopes together.
